LapLock is the creation of a dynamic team of 5 young entrepreneurs. We have diverse backgrounds, skills and knowledge. But we are united in our vision and motivaiton to make LapLock a success.

Florian Rücker is the Chief Executive Officer of LapLock. He is an International Relations major at the Honours College of Maastricht University (Netherlands), and will graduate with the class of 2011. His interdisciplinary study provides him with a different, macro-level perspective to the project, aiding him in coordinating the activities of the various corporate departments. Florian has pursued entrepreneurship in theory and in practice through small projects since 2007. For specific knowledge in the fields of finance, marketing, legal matters etc, he is proud to rely on his excellent team.

Geh Si Wei is LapLock’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Financial Officer (CFO). Si Wei is an economics and finance major from Singapore Management University (SMU), and will graduates with the class of 2011. He also holds a Diploma in Communications & Media Management from Temasek Polytechnic. Mr Geh has previously worked with Credit Suisse in 2008, and was a broadcast journalist for Mediacorp Radio from 2002 and 2006.

Michael Ng manages LapLock’s legal risks and relations with external parties as its Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel. He is pursuing double degrees in Laws and Business Management at Singapore Management University, and will graduate with the class of 2011. He also serves as the President of the SMU Moot Court Club, and has previously served as International Services Officer for the SMU Chapter of the Red Cross Humanitarian Network. He has represented SMU at the Australian Law Students’ Association Conference 2007 Moot Court Competition and the Monroe E Price International Media Law Moot Court Competition 2010. He was SMU’s Top Student in Corporate Law for 2009.

Tan Kwang Sheng is LapLock’s Chief Marketing Officer. He oversees the marketing aspect of LapLock and brings along a wealth of marketing knowledge to the management team. He is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at Singapore Management University, majoring in Finance and Marketing. His forte lies in business to business marketing and promotional marketing. He is also active in the field of social entrepreneurship where he provided consulting services to several Voluntary Welfare Organizations. Kwang Sheng was also part of the championship winning team that represented Singapore in the Student in Free Enterprise (SIFE) World Cup 2007 where he showcased the successful business ideas that he and his team undertook in Singapore.
